Mr. Bastidas is co-founder of Innovattio. He has more than 20 years of corporate and consultant experience advising global clients on the implementation of technological solutions and on how to transform and improve their finance business processes. He is an expert in Marketing and Finance and has being leading complex projects for global companies in Latino America and USA.
Mr. Bastidas educational credentials MBA, Masters in Finance and Bachelor’s degree as Systems Engineer, couple with his experience in Industries like Construction Management, Professional Services, and Wholesale and Retail.

Mr. Orozco is co-founder of Innovattio, he has the experience of more than 25 years in project management, development of Logistic Strategies, International Business, Freight Forwarding, B2B Sales, Regional Distribution and Whole Sales, Marketing and Trading Shows Promotions, and has been working with IBM, DELL computer; AT&T; MCI; BRITTOS; COMCAST; and AMERICAN AIRLINES between others.
Mr. Orozco has a Bachelor’s degree on Public Administration and Political Science in UNAM, Mexico; also, has educational credentials on Business Administration from the University of Miami. Also, he completed several postgraduate certifications in Import and Export Business in the University of Texas; Evaluations of Projects; Entrepreneurs and Leadership; Motivation and Emotional Intelligence; and he is a member of The College of Excellence.

Mr Schrader is co-founder of Innovattio and is responsible for driving all global strategic planning and business strategy. As well he possess experience facilitating
business in Asia, mostly China, including managing operating business units including R&D, Marketing, Sales, Services, and Maintenance.
Prior Innovattio, Sebastian was the Founder & Sr. Process Specialist of aPriori Technologies, developing
of software that integrates with computer-aided design programs providing real-time cost in the designing phase.
Sebastian holds a MS in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Illinois.
Prior to UIUC, Sebastian was a Senior Technical Staff member of the IRC Center, where he developed experience in the development process
of several business proposals to explore the South America technical and professional market doing business with US and Asia.

As Sr. Lead of Quality Assurance, Ted applies quality control processes to the products based on sampling systems and statistical techniques. He is in charge of
the inspection and testing of mechanisms and equipment utilizing the analysis of production limitations and standards from the factories
where the products are manufactured. Mr. Dai is in charge of the formulation of quality control policies and procedures which are part of the requirements in
validation and quality control. Ted holds a Bachelors degree in International Banking with seven (7) years of experience with the Fortune 500 companies in Asia;
he also has five (5) years experience in high volume manufacturing.
